What to bring to Power Camp 2026
Bedding
- Sleeping bag (it gets cold at night)
- Pillow
- Sleeping mat or air mattress
Clothing
- Warm jacket / hoodie—yes, even if the day is sunny
- Beanie and gloves for early mornings
- Old comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting muddy
- Spare set of clothes for after activities
- Sleepwear / pyjamas
- Closed shoes you can run in (no slip-slops for activities)
- Slip-ons / sandals for around camp
- Underwear and socks for each day, plus spares
- Swimming costume (just in case)
Toiletries
- Towel and face cloth
- Toothbrush and toothpaste
- Soap / body wash
- Shampoo and conditioner
- Deodorant (please)
- Sunscreen and lip balm
Daily Essentials
- Bible
- Notebook and pen
- Refillable water bottle
- Torch or headlamp and spare batteries
- Small backpack for activities
Money and Medical
- Tuck money—small amount (optional)
- All chronic medication, in its original packaging, with clear labels
- Asthma pumps, allergy meds, EpiPens etc. given to a leader on arrival
Please leave at home: expensive jewellery, extra screens, anything you would be heartbroken to lose, and snacks that need refrigeration. Phones are fine but we will have power-down moments—embrace them.
